Please help my mom the way she’s helped me.

Dear followers, I come to you with a plea, not for me, but for my mom.

This is her and I. Her name’s Pam. Due to a car accident (in which her 2001 Taurus caught fire with her in it) last summer, my mom had to buy a new car this past year, and because of recent events, she’s having a lot of trouble making payments on that car. Those recent events include no longer receiving child support from my dad because I’m over 21 and he refuses to pay it (even though he’s supposed to because I’m in college) as well as medical developments (she’s found out in the past year that she’s diabetic.) Recently, with bills piling up and the car payments, my mom’s barely been able to scrape by and so I’m turning to you for help.

I know some of you might look at this and think it’s just a way for me to get money. But last year, around this same time, my mom almost died. I came incredibly close to burying her because at the time, she was driving a dangerous car. She hadn’t been able to get a new one at the time because my father ruined her credit when they were married. This is for her, and everything she has ever done for me. She became a single mom when I was eleven, making barely 10K a year and supporting the both of us on her own. I never went without the necessities, but she did. 

My mother also works an incredibly selfless job. She only works the equivalent of part time, as a driver for meals on wheels. She delivers meals to the elderly in my hometown. She could get a better job, but she enjoys what she does. She’s so attached to the individuals that she sees every day. She even brings treats for their dogs. 

So please, if you can, donate any money you can spare to my paypal through my e-mail address, which is marcellajoleen@gmail.com. My mom doesn’t know about this, but I’d really like to surprise her if I can.
